ZEN POSTER SERIES
This is a series of posters I created, inspired by my wife, a yoga teacher. Originally designed to promote her weekly community class, the project gradually evolved into a cohesive collection, each piece highlighting a different pose and the emotions they evoke. Fun and quirky, right in my wheelhouse.
Tree Pose – This piece represents a yoga pose that encourages grounding from the heels to the crown of the head. It reflects my personal experience with the pose, as I’ve often struggled to find balance and stillness in my practice.
Silence and Stillness – Meditation and stillness don’t always come easily to me, but when I truly settle into them, I feel as if I’m floating in my own universe—deeply connected to everything around me.
Content – This piece represents the sense of balance and simplicity that comes when fully settling into a pose and focusing on the breath. It captures that fleeting moment when everything feels aligned, and the world seems at peace.
